@eecuadrado:  In canada the ultrasound tech isn’t legally allowed to tell you. So i dont have any U/S ‘bits’ photos for you. BUT, we did find out in a cool way, so i will share that. My mom called the office & found out the gender, filled my steamer trunk with balloons the color of babys gender. We met our wedding photographer & then we opened the trunk, all the balloons spilling out and thats how we found out we were having a little boy. (due to arrive this weekend) 🙂

@eecuadrado:  Haha well I don’t have that beautiful weenie picture, BUT…

I am never opposed to sharing a pic of my own since I think I have a very handsome little guy here. <3

When she turned on the machine, he had his butt right in our faces, so we figured it was a boy, but because neither one of us are very good with ultrasounds, we didn’t say anything, but afterwards we both were like, “I thought I saw boy parts!”

This was the best u/s experience I had, and although he was active and almost kneeing himself in the face, she had no problem finding the gender for us. Hopefully it works out for you too.

Isn’t the rapid growth amazing? He actually looks like a true human, and I can already tell he has DH’s nose, lol.

We revealed the gender to my mom by making her pop balloons, which is her worst fear. http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/the-gender-reveal-update

@eecuadrado:

@SoonToBee2013:

Thank you both! We are so excited. While I was hoping to dress up a little girl because I had this wild fantasty of tuts and tights, I am finding more and more boy clothes I am in LOVE with, so I am more excited now.

@MrsHoneyC: Stunning photos! The colors and background is amazing. Congrats on your boy. You get to meet him so soon!!

We didn’t find out through a sonogram… We had a Harmony Panel done, so we found out the gender at 16 weeks!

But at our anatomy scan at 19 weeks, our dainty princess spread her legs and sat down ON the ultrasound wand! Then covered her face for the whole appointment.

We were like “Great. She’s 19 weeks old and already understands the internet!”

@MammaPants:  LOL I love the shirt! So cute!!

@eecuadrado: I hope he will be! I have been writing letters to baby off and on, and now that it is a boy I have to be less gushy and more funny. Boys are more easily embarrassed by their mothers I think, so I need to go one of two ways: either I stay gushy and embarrass the crap out of him when he reads them or lean to the funny side but let him keep his dignity. Given that I am more like my mom, I will probably continue to embarrass 🙂

@eecuadrado:  My little girl just turned two! I wanted a boy so bad, and everyone that came in to contact with me told me it was a girl. I was in total denial and when they told us it was a girl, the room was dead silent. Lol!!! My husband looked like he was going to pass out. I told him we would just figure it out as we went. My daughter is a girly girl, but loves playing in the dirt and catching frogs and bugs. She is my best friend and I can’t imagine now what we would have done with a boy. Lol!
