Weddingbee boards

I am ordering embroidered handkerchiefs for my parents, FILs and grandparents.

I need cute/sentimental/creative sayings to embroider on each one, I would like each to be different.

For my parents I am doing something personal but for the grandparents I would like it to be from both of us so I didn't want something about "drying my tears" or "memories we shared", since I will be meeting his grandmother for the first time we have yet to share any memories!

Here is what I have so far.

My mom:

I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as you're living my mommy you'll be.

My dad, I am not 100% sold on this one:

Father,
You were the first man I ever loved,
and now I'm marrying a man who shares your finest qualities...
and that's what makes him so special!

Here are some ideas for the grandparents, but none of them are particularly pulling at the heartstrings...

* May joy be in your tears today as you share with us our wedding day.

* For tears of joy, tears of laughter, tears of happily ever after.

* To dry your happy tears on our wedding day.

I like this for maybe for my grandparents but the wording seems awkward to me:

If joyful tears begin to fall,
Wipe them away and then recall,
The love and laughter we share together,
And how much you mean to me forever.

Also, totally at a loss for what to do to his parents, everything I have found is a bit over the top cheesy.

Any help is appreciated!
