I don't think we've ever turned on music for sexy time, which seems weird now that I think about it.. I guess choose songs that are special to you! :)
people make sex playlists? lol.... maybe I should have done that a long time ago because I noticed that the majority of the magic in the beginning happened while listening to ICP... Nothing romantic about that lol.

I thought this thread had a lot of great suggestions on it. I think it really depends what kind of music gets your juices flowing. For me, it's Greg Dulli and Massive Attack, all the way. DH really likes electronica, like Royksopp. I have a Pandora desktop program, and put in a couple of bands we both agree do it for us, and it plays music similar to those, so it gives us a variety while still staying in the vein of what we want.
I'm more of a sexy r&b/rock kind of person. My favorite sexy time song? Lick by Joi.

Hahaha, I refer to this as "Baby Making Music." Some songs are just so damn sexy and instantly put me in the mood. I remember telling my fiance a few years ago how much I love Godsmack's "Voodoo" and what do you know, 9 months later we had our daughter!

In my opinion, there is no song sexier than "Wicked Games" by Chris Isaak. Seriously, that opening guitar riff just oozes sex.

We've tried the whole music & sexy time thing and my husband just gets too goofy, I usually start laughing. So if there is music, it can't have any words, or I will just start laughing.
When FI and I were in college together we had a playlist just so his roommate would know not to come in. Of course, he was FI's best friend and was dating my best friend so it wasn't awkward like he was "sexiled" all the time. I love R&B - Talib Kwali (sp?) has the sexiest voice in my opinion. Edit - I reread your post and saw you like acoustic. How bout some Damien Rice or Xavier Rudd? Not my style for the deed, but it could work for you!
I have a playlist on my IPOD of sex music... It's labeled as night music (I have kids)... Its songs that we both enjoy (since our tastes are different) ...Some songs are

I'm just curious as to how many of you have a sex playlist? Apparently I'm in charge of making sure our first night is everything it can be, and for me music is such a huge relaxer, that I knew I had to have something playing in the background.
So share! What are your favourite songs? My personal taste is acoustic guitar - soft and whatnot, but I'll listen to anything!
