Can you just ask them? Or does HR/Office staff have a master “emergency contact list” you can work off of?

Just ask them or email them.

Just email them. I wouldn’t send a mass email, as that’s very impersonal, but the text can be basically the same for everyone. Otherwise you can make a cute e-STD and send it to them with a request for their address

Just give it to them at work when you see them. No need for addresses then.

I hand delivered all my save-the-dates at work to coworkers and will do the same for the invitations. It’s easy and saves on postage! But, do it discreetly so it doesn’t cause tension with the coworkers you’re not inviting.

e-save the date is totally the way to go. I lucked out that a close friend of mine had already completed her address list and most people were the same, but for those I didn’t send out I literally copy-pasted out save the date in the a pdf and wrote a cute little letter about how excited we were and how we were gathering addresses for invites and would love thier help by sending me thiers.

The one I sent was a mass e-mail but everyone was on BCC so no one saw if there were 3 or 30 people listed.
