@OttawaBride2011: Not married, but I've heard it's pretty normal. From what I've seen it's pretty normal too. :P
Don't worry about it too much. You've lost it once, you can do it again! Also, shared fitness goals are a great source of bonding between people in my opinion. You and your husband can take classes together and find more ways to spend quality time together.
@OttawaBride2011: Did anyone else gain weight quickly after their wedding?
I am totally embarrassed too because I made SUCH a big deal about losing weight the healthy way - through going to see a nutritionist and i lost 20 pounds over the course of a year - as opposed to losing weight thru diet pills as i used to do in the past....and now since my wedding, i have already gained back about 7 pounds! And I just don't know how to stop it from increasing!!!! well i do know how, but the motivation is seriously lacking!
I have.... we're supposed to do a TTD session but haven't been able to yet b/c I ummm don't fit in my dress. lol
Guess I should get back to watching what I eat and drinking water like it's air.
Goodluck to ya =D
@Tunacupcakes: I agree, doing active things together is an important part of our relationship, we love it! Plus, running with the dog has the added benefit of tiring the dog out, making our evening much more enjoyable :P
@PurpleUnicorn: I'm glad I'm not alone, but at the same time, sorry to hear you've had the same problem! I just feel so comfortable and relaxed, it's hard to not just eat what I want. Like you said, the motivation is hard to find.
@amnystik: Lots of water is definitely key. You can do it!!! :)
@OttawaBride2011: yup, i am thinking since i am having my AHR in August i will kick myself into hear all thru July after i finish my internship. ..... but then what happens after August 13?

Hi Bees! I haven't been around much in the last little bit, and I am anxiously awaiting my pro photos to share, but in the meantime....
Before the wedding I went to WW and lost almost 20 lbs. In the last 5 weeks I have gained back 15 of those lbs. I am pretty embarassed!!!!
Today I am getting back on track. My new hubby and I just took our dog for the first run of the year, so I am feeling good!
It feels good to tell someone about my weight gain. Even though it hurts!!
