I second bribery! Also, could you assign a deadline for the tasks? Something realistic? That way he can see what he needs to do NOW, and what can be done in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I know my FI responds well to deadlines.

My FH is extremely busy. He's a partner at his law firm & plenty on his plate. I have the summer off from law school, although I am working - I am constantly doing wedding stuff.
I cant bitch - b/c he's done the biggest job of all - paying for the wedding & has offered to plan the honeymoon b/c he knows I have my hands full with the wedding & said he wants to gift that planning to me since i am doing everything for the wedding.
Well, last week, I emailed him his "to-do" list - It was seriously half a page long, while mine is three pages long or more. There is only so much I can do - i.e. I cant go to the tux store to try on his tux or make the final decision on it & advise the best man whether he'd be wearing a suit or tux and my father.
How did you get your FH to get his booty to work on his to-do list?
p.s. sorry for the venting - but today's our 100 day out to the wedding - and Im about to get Bridezilla on him.</font>
