I’m currently working in banking and would like to get into the HR field as a HR assistant. The HR asst jobs I’ve been seeing are usually requiring at least a year’s worth of experience. In my current role, I’m more of a supervisor so I have experience dealing with co-workers’ issues/questions. Can anyone offer some advice on building/acquiring skills? I’ve been utilizing LinkedIn and also putting the word out to my friends and family.
