@png888:  My gf had airbrush for her wedding.  It covered all of her acne which was good.  If you don’t have too much you need to cover, I’d go the traditional route.

As a make up artist it sounds like u dont need air brush! go traditional and feel more comfortable!

Pretty much everyone I’ve spoken to has told me that traditional makeup holds up better throughout the day and that airbrush will end up looking super cakey. Initially I was going to do airbrush, but now I’m going traditional.

@adoc86:  Not true! Airbrush is what is on TV and movie actors…look how nice they look. It holds up way better and looks way better too. Weddingbound used it for her wedding and she looked great. It costs more money for a reason – it’s better 😛

If you have an artist who knows what they are doing, airbrush looks greats. I wouldn’t go any other way. I can show you amazing before and after pictures from my make-up artist’s website – I can’t wait to have it done!

OP, I’d stick to what was done at your trial.

@MrsPanda99:  Thats what I thought too, but every girl I know in real life that had it regrets it. My regular makeup lasts all day anyway so this way I know for sure I’ll have nothing to worry about.

@MrsPanda99:  +1

I have good skin, but I used airbrush and it looked awesome! (I didn’t think it felt heavy or cakey – I couldn’t even tell I was wearing it without looking in a mirror.)

@adoc86:  I can’t risk it. I don’t want regular make-up for wedding pictures. My make-up artist works on a lot of models and actresses so I trust her judgement. I guess we will see how it works out, lol.

@LadyBear:  Exactly. If a make-up artist doesn’t know what she’s doing than any make-up is going to look like shit. I don’t wear make-up in my everyday life because I have been blessed with flawless skin I don’t have to work for. I’m still getting airbrush. It looks so much better.
