I’m getting married tomorrow (in 11 and a half hours)! I’m so excited and can’t wait! But at the same time I’m freaking out and stressing. I’m an over thinker.. and at 2:22am when i should be getting beauty rest for the big day I thinking about EVERYTHING. I’m freaking out about hair and makeup, walking down that long aisle, hoping to God me and my step dad won’t do an awkward one arm hug (he hates having people look at him and he’s extremely nerves. I have a feeling he’s going to high tail it to his seat before we get a chance to hug haha), to the pictures and then the kiss! Why in the world am I nervous about kissing the man I’ve been kissing for the past 4 years?! We don’t really kiss in front of people that often so I don’t want the kiss to feel fake or awkward.. can any of you wonderful bees give me any helpful hints on how to get your mind off of these things?
Also what are some things you took with you to the church on your wedding day that came in handy? I know the last part is random.. but my mind is going a mile a minute..

First off, congratulations! Second, breathe girl! You have zero control over the variables of tomorrow. All of us brides would love to have everything go exactly as planned, but that’s not realistic. Of course there will be some hiccups, and it’s only natural that you’re nervous and can’t sleep.
Try to remember the point of the wedding: to marry the man of your dreams. 🙂
I really have never seen a bride look bad on her wedding day. You are going to look beautiful!
Sadly as much effort as we put into every detail of our wedding, oftentimes gets overlooked by guests, etc. So try not to overthink it with the small details if they go awry.
Things to remember to bring: the marriage license! Pens for the guestbook (if you’re having one). Cell phone charger. Bobby pins. Tissues.

Dakota929: as hard as it is to do, just try to relax! I got married last weekend and honestly, most of the things you mentioned probably won’t matter to you at all when things are said and done. For me, seeing my husband (!) at the end of the aisle made me feel so happy and calm and all of the other things just worked themselves out. And try to get some rest! 🙂
