    I am considering this for several reasons with our dj. Does anyone have any experience with this? How did it go?

    No experience, but make sure you comply with the terms listed in your contract regarding cancellation.

    You'll have to read the contract to see how much cancellation can cost and what it requires. Every contract is different, so it's up to you to read it.
