jeg14:  You can always suggest a tanktop and leggings underneath!  That’s what I would do 🙂

jeg14:  I would feel uncomfortable not having pants on underneath but if you don’t mind that I think it would be ok?

I would still use them just wear leggings.  I wouldn’t wear a tank bc it might mess up hair and makeup.  That is kinda the point of a robe so you don’t have to pull it over your head.

I got my robes from the same Etsy vendor! They are SOO comfortable! Especially since you got the kimonos, they should be totally fine in yoga pants and a tank top. It would look adorable!

If you’re worried about a tanktop ruining the hair if you have to pull it off, you could always get the strapless bandeau style ones, and pull them up over your hips (and take them off the same way). 🙂

I would wear the robe with a bra and shorts or capri leggings under it. I would still wear the robe and most importantly they can use their robes in real life too!

I was in a wedding party this past weekend and we all wore tights and tank tops underneath our robes! But we all wore them to the salon!

With clothes underneath, I would feel comfortable.  I wore a dress that I could step out of though, so I wouldn’t mess up my hair.  I don’t think I would have a top to wear underneath the robe that would be quite as easy, but I could probably make something work.

AB Bride:  just a regular spaghetti strap tank top is what I wore, take your arms out of the straps and it just slides right down, they have tons of stretch so it went over my hips no problem

Justbrynne:  Yeah, that’s what I was thinking.  I always seem to manage to catch mine on a bra strap though, so it’s awkward.  Maybe I’m just incredibly clumsy trying to get them off.  With someone there to help fix anything that tangles up like that though, it wouldn’t be too bad.
