I’m going through a divorce and was lucky the jewelry store is giving me almost full store credit for our rings. We shared the cost of our three rings. So I’m thinking of getting a nice right hand ring to use up that store credit With some earrings.
could I see yours for ideas? how flashy or not flash should RHR be? The store credit is close to 10k

My RHR. It is very rich and vibrant. It is also bigger than my ering.

@wrkbrk: I know I’ve said it before but I love your ring! I want a RHR just like it one day!

@wrkbrk: & @itsmeetam: I love wrkbrk’s RHR too and I don’t even like hearts. But something about the bezel really makes me want. LOL!

I have two RHR. One is an oval pink sapphire with a pave split shank. The other is my modern version of a mother’s ring. It is a large pearl with one diamond on each side and one sapphire on each side. My girls gave it to me for Mother’s Day because it has their birthstones in it and it is very special to me.
I’m sorry about your divorce but am glad you will be able to get something new to represent this new chapter in your life. You should be able to get a nice RHR for the amount of your credit. Have you considered a really nice gemstone or colored diamond? If I could choose any RHR I want I would choose a pear shaped sapphire in a halo.

Aww, thanks guys!! 🙂 My goal is to stack it with a black diamond band and a white diamond half eternity someday! I’d rather add bands then buy another RHR because I want to wear the one I have everday; it’s finally exactly what I wanted (post re-set).

Here’s my RHR. Close to 10K is a LOT for a RHR imo. I’d spend 2-3k, and then sell the rest of the credit for cash if possible on craigslist or something.

Ta da! My husband surprised me with this a few weeks. I have been lusting after this ring for years.

This is mine. I bought it for myself a few years back in an Arizona airport. It’s opal inlaid in sterling.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my RHR! It was my Grandmother’s ring, so it’s a daily reminder of her 🙂

Getting a RHR is a great thing for you to do right now. I think they can be just as important as an e-ring/wedding ring. Mine was super inexpensive, I can’t imagine what you could get for $10k!

This is my RHR! It’s a 1.8 carat natural, oval cut sapphire and two .25 trillion cut diamonds. I got it from my Nana for my 21st birthday. It cost a little over 4K, so I think a 10k is a lot for a RHR! Make sure to post pics when you finally get it!
