Boooooo.

That totally sucks. Other than asking to talk to the supervisor I’m afraid I don’t have any advice other than to post wherever you can how vile they are once all this is done.

That really stinks.

If I were you, I’d call Company A every single day.  Several times a day, if you’re not getting a response!  If they want to try and ignore you… make it difficult to be ignored. 🙂

Holy cow. That seems really odd to me that they’re making it so personal. I agree with Blueshoes2 though. Whenever companies piss me off, I do my best to become their worst nightmare incarnate. Its a pain in the butt but it works. Call repeatedly (call, don’t email… too easy to ignore). Show up if you need to. Threaten to call the BBB. Do what you got to do!

That sucks. Seriously, I’m irritated for you!

I think the best strategy is to bug them to death. Seriously, call every day (multiple times a day if you have to!), ask to speak to managers, etc. I hope it works for you!

Fight, fight, fight!  I just won a huge battle with my mortgage company by spending nearly an hour on the phone every day for a week asking for supervisors of supervisors until I got what I needed.  It took about 10 minutes to fix the problem when I finally got to the highest levels!

I’m sorry you are having problems.  It sounds like you need to keep bothering them until they let you pay for the appraisal so you can transfer it to the other company.  Just keep calling them until it’s fixed.  Unless there is a local office that you can go to and bother them in person?
