I have not, but I would definitely check it out if you think it might work. I was to another wedding at another three rivers site and it was really nice. And I think the prices are fairly reasonable for the Twin Cities.
@KatieJean:The only reason I didn't check them out was because you need to do absolutely everything yourself. You need to rent your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. The rental price seemed a bit steep for what you get, or rather DON'T get. I took a tour of Cindyrella Wedding Gardens yesterday and we fell in love! They are out in Rosemount, not sure if you'd be open to that area but they're definitely worth checking out. They're very easy to work with and will customize any package just for you. I posted pictures of the tour in the forums, you can find it on my profile if you're interested.

Any bee out there use Gibbs Farm in Minnesota for their venue?? I'm curious... because it looks too good to be true for that I've always imagined :D
