Weddingbee boards

My FMIL is hosting a 200 person engagement party for my fiance and I in Chicago.  She has been incredibly supportive throughout all of the planning and understanding of my unique and slightly crazy family -- who had an explosive confrontation with her at their first meeting.  I want to give her something thoughtful as a hostest gift, but would love it to be extra nice because of all she has done for us.  Oh, and she is going to officiate our wedding ... which is oh so exciting!!

GC for spa day?
nice bottle of wine or champagne + expensive chocolate?
GCs for a night at a nice hotel and dinner for her and FFIL (assuming he's in the picture, but it could be for her and a significant other/best friend/you guys, if she doesn't get to spend much time with you/etc.).

it's hard to give suggestions since we don't know anything about her.

if you want it to be "thoughtful," put some thought into it.  consider her hobbies, things she enjoys but won't indulge in for herself, and what you know she would enjoy.
