Does anyone have any good ideas for a gift I can give my sister. She has helped so much with my wedding planning, is the only one in my wedding, and is my best friend. I purchased a really nice piece of jewelry, but am also looking for something more personal. Any creative ideas?
What about something you could do together after the wedding? Like a Broadway show, or something? Or even just go out for a really nice dinner, someplace you wouldn't normally go? I was originally going to suggest jewelry, as I know i'm really sentimental about the pieces I get from friends and family, but it looks ike you have that covered, so my next suggestion is some sort of experience that you could share together. Good luck - I'm sure whatever you decide your sister will love!!
If your sister has a hobby, you could make her a basket of things she likes. Or even more personal, make her a scrapbook of the wedding planning and wedding events that you shared together :).
A handmade card with a very touching message in it is something I always enjoy giving and receiving. I will often frame cards that have pretty designs or something special written inside.
Another idea. My sister and I creted "Remember When..." books for each other. We wrote little stories of fun and funny things that have happened or that we did together. Maybe you could make one for her. Either you could compelte it, or it could be something that you start and you both can contribute to as time goes on.
