How old is your ring bearer? If they're younger you could get them a cute stuffed animal that they could use to carry the rings down with and then they could keep it. If they are a bit older, maybe buy a little backpack and fill it with goodies they like - baseball cards, magazines, games, candy, etc. This can do double-duty as reception distraction. :) If your ring bearers are much older, maybe get them movie ticket gift certificates - enough to cover a ticket or two and some food?
For your other gifts, maybe a nice journal or something along those lines?
I'll second the backpack filled with age-appropriate goodies for the ringbearer. That's what I did - my ring bearers are both 3 so I put coloring books, crayons, play-doh, etc in the bookbag.

I have a few “thank you” gifts that I still need to come up with. I want to do something a little more creative then a candy bar, or Starbucks card. Does anyone have any good ideas?
