My sister and I were discussing the pros and cons of each a couple weeks ago before a baby shower that we both attended. My take is that gift wrap is more traditional and it's fun to be suprised when opening it and you don't really get that to the same extent with a bag. She was saying that due to the excess tissue paper, you still have the element of suprise and it's easier to stuff the gift in and pull it out.
Which do you prefer and why?
