OK so I am down to the wire. Only a little over a month before the big day. Budget is already out the window and it dawns on me today. I have to get gifts for those helping in the wedding. Does anyone have any general guidelines as to how much to spend or any ideas of what to get these people. A lot of people have told me to get them something they will like. Well, that’s kind of obvious but I think these are the hardest group of people to shop for ever!
I have two readers (my sister and his sister), one soloist (my aunt), 1 usher (his brother most likely or it may end up being my cousin), and two greeters (my sister and cousin)
Also I’m wondering if the gifts should all be similar or if it should be based on the amount of work done? Does that sound weird? Like I would give a person singing a nicer gift than someone handing out programs. But maybe I’m wrong?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. And budget friendly would be great since I am already over.

i’d try and get them all the same thing – or something personal from you to them but I wouldnt spend more on one than the other.
Maybe a nice candle for all the girls? i am in love with Soy Joy candles and i find them at marshalls all the time for like $7.99. or maybe a $10 starbucks giftcard?
i would do something small.
we gave our readers (my brothers and his BIL) mini bottles of patron haha.

I’m not getting married until May and I already have half my gifts bought, lol. When I see a deal I can’t pass it up. For my maids of course I bought jewelry (still on the hunt for earings). Also for all the maids and my moms I bought an elphant statue as a momentum to my circus themed wedding. I’m not finished, but it’s a start. As far as “helpers” go I guess I’ll have to wait until the day is closer because I’m unsure of who is stepping up to the plate still.
FYI right now, Bath and Body Works is running an AMAZING sale on everything including their awesome 3 wick soy candles (like pp said). Vickies also is having a great sale on their smell goods.
Oh and Fiance is responsible for his friends.

I also am wondering about this. We have two ushers and one reader and I haven’t even begun to think about gifts for them. I only have 13 days left so I guess I better start thinking fast!
