Maybe a nice wallet? Or tickets/vouchers to a sports game?

What does he like? Hobbies? General interests? Men under 21 are a pretty diverse group.

What about a nice pocket watch?  We gave them to our GM’s who had about 5 flasks each from other weddings anyway.

Is he close to 21?  I’d just give him the flask anyway.

What would you get him for his birthday?

We got my brother a nice journal/notebook and pen because he writes a lot and a gift card to Best Buy but I don’t know that this would work for everyone.

The reality is most men never use those flasks anyway, so he won’t be missing out on anything.

I suggest an itunes gift card, or something to do with one of his sports or hobbies.

Belt? Watch?

Giftcard is impersonal but honestly a great option. I wish I got more of those lol.

I’d suggest buying individual gifts for everyone. Would you buy the older groomsmen flasks as a Christmas or birthday gift? If not, I’d keep shopping for everyone. The gifts don’t have to match and you know your brother’s interests better than we do.

CMH2236:  We gave my bro (who is 15) a wooden handled Swiss Army with his last name engraved on it.  We actually gave that to all of our GM– but it also worked for him.

I did run it by my dad, just in case– being that it has a knife– but my bro is super responsible and definitely was allowed to recieve that.

Two of FI’s groomsmen aren’t 21 but they’ll probably still get flask. FI got 2 flasks in two weddings he was in before 21. If you want to do something different you could do an engraved mug, pocket knife, or something more personal depending on what he likes

We are giving the Junior Groomsmen who will be 11 or 12 at the time, a pocket knife just like the ones the adult groomsmen will be getting (the handle is deer antler, the deer was hunted on a family property which is in a family trust so will be around for generations to come, we liked incorporating that family tradition in it)  We already spoke to his dad and he said that’s fine, they will take it from him and give it back to him when he is old enough.
