We are thinking digital picture frames-- preloaded with pics of us and other family!
We got each of them a Llladro figurine that matches their tastes. Fortunately, all three parents collect them.
We've also looked into digital frames and crystal vases.
My parents are divorced, his are not - so we got 3 gifts. His parents got a digital picture frame (check eBay for great deals!), and my dad got a silver frame engraved with "Dad & Kate, November 7, 2008". After the wedding, I sent him a 5x7 of the two of us dancing.
Then there's my mom. She was my planning buddy through all of this, just as determined as I was to make this event as special as we could. She helped put together OoT bags, used my xyron like a pro, and scoured a hundred programs. She also lives 3 hours away from me. Her gift was extra special - we gave her a Vera Bradley weekender bag (she'd been eyeing it for a while!), a gift certificate for us (me and Mom) to a cute French Birstro she takes me to every time she visits, and a note that read along the lines of "Can't wait for your next visit". She loved it.
I'm not sure what is considered "etiquette" when it comes to parent gifts...are you supposed to present them with their gifts at the wedding?
My parents were really insistent I not spend $ on gifts for them, but I wanted to at least get a token of my appreciation, so I am going to give them a picture frame where one side has a picture of me & them when I am a baby, and the other side has the three of us on the wedding day. I also thought about splitting this idea up, and giving my dad a frame with a pic on one side of just us from when I'm a baby, then a pic of just us from the wedding; and then do the same for my mom.
I made them a photo book that tells the story of my childhood. I think they'll like it :)
My fiancee decided on giving our parents picture frames with pictures of them on their wedding day and us on our wedding day in the exact same pose. With something about how their love inspires us and how we are so blessed to have such wonderful parents.
Umm...I was just going to buy them a copy of our wedding coffee table book. Is that tacky??
I too was thinking a Blurb album would make a good gift for them, and for our grandmas.
We actually got a great deal on the digital picture frames the day after Thanksgiving. We will load them with pictures of us over the years and after the wedding photos come back we will add them on. They actually have really cool ones that run on a wi-fi connection and you can email pictures directly to the frame.
My FH and I had ring commissioned for our mamas. They are double set yellow gold rings with both of our birthstones. We're really excited about them. We have NO IDEA what to get our dads :)
We are getting fiances parents a wine fridge for the dad and probably a swarovski necklace for the mom. But my parents are a lot harder to shop for, so I am glad this thread is going!! The photo books of the wedding will be gifts afterwards for X-mas.

What are you getting (or what did you get) for your parents and future in-laws as gifts for the wedding? I'm a little stumped and would love to hear some suggestions.
