In all honesty, sleep!  You are going to be busy the day before the wedding and then have the rehearsal dinner.  You need a good night’s sleep!  For me, I wouldn’t want to do this the night before my wedding.  I’m a 2 time bride and I would want a little piece and quiet and maybe 1 friend with me, but that’s about it.

My  bridesmaids will be staying with me the night before. We plan to have just a couple wines, order in some room service and chit chat, paint our toe nails and just relax.

@tiffanyscanlan:  We are having the wedding an hour away from our hometown so we decided it would be nice to stay at the resort where the reception would be held. You could always order in some nice take away, thats our second option if we don’t like what is on the menu that night, and no mess to clean up is even better.

@bestbuddies:  I disagree, wine gives me the WORST morning afters. Even if it’s only two glasses.

I prefer vodka or rum (and coke!).

But I think it’s different for different people.

Lots of water OP!

DON’T do a facial! They are good a WEEK before the wedding to give your face days to recover and look amazing. The night before can upset your skin and make it cranky for the next day.

Depending on where you are staying – bake cookies! (or cake etc) Batter and cake and awesomeness!

@tiffanyscanlan:  i stay at my mom’s house starting on wednesday night.  then we are going to the hotel on friday night (saturday wedding).

best man is coming into town on wednesday and i told FI that he could stay at our house and then could have some bonding time before the wedding.

FI will see me at the rehearsal dinner. and then not see me again until we do our first look.

my girls in the wedding party, will come to the rehearsal dinner and then i don’t need them to come back to the hotel to get ready until noon the next day.  we are not doing an overnight.

i want to sleep as best i can.  wake up on saturday, eat a healthy breakfast and relax.

We had our rehearsal the night before, so after the rehearsal dinner my BM’s and I went to the hotel room and drank some champagne, visited (some of my BM’s hadn’t seen each other in a long time due to distances between them), and the BM’s tried on their dresses (1 of them had never seen it before). The girls modelled different ways to style their dresses like a fashion show to some music. It was a lot of fun.
