@MissSparky:  i don’t think he needs to carry anything.  it would look a bit odd if he was carrying a bouquet too, unless he is comfortable with that.

my son was my man of honour and he just wore a boutonniere.  he wouldn’t want to carry flowers.

@MissSparky:  I think he can just walk without anything in his hands. He’s a big boy, he won’t look awkward. Definitely no to a bouquet!

@MissSparky:  No bouquet! Why can’t he walk down without anything?

Can they do dance entrances?

Then it doesn’t matter if anyone has anything in their hands!

They’ve all got to be practicing their dance moves!

I had a bridesman too and while he joked about having a bouquet we just ended up giving him a bout and he didn’t carry anything. He was fine :). If you really think he’ll be awkward though, could he escort the maid of honour down the aisle?

@MissSparky:

Do you have any puppy ring bearers?

He could hold the leash! Like in the movie He’s Just Not That Into You with Jennifer Aniston at her sister’s wedding!

Are the groomsmen escorting people down the aisle? He can take his position at the end of the aisle when the groomsman do!
