i love the pic in the middle.  i know this is a smaller version but are the names easy to read?  white font on black is not always easy if it’s small.

the only think i would suggest is to put a space between the list of names and the next table #.  it will be easier to read.  (like paragraphs).

It may be more user-friendly if, instead of listing names by table, you list tables by names and section by alphabet, like :

    A-D

Adams, Joe.  Table 4

Brown, Sue and Ted. Table 6

  E-H

edwards, Fred  table 2

The Hunter Family. Table 7

and so forth.

you can still keep the format of paragraph-style sections, but your guests don’t need to read every table to find their name. If you’re at Table 9 it’s going to take you a long time to find your name, and that creates a traffic jam for your guests. Everyone knows what their last name starts with, so it will be much easier for them to skim directly to their own table assignment quickly!

You’ve already got them spaced by table number, unless you mean “leave spaces between name and table number.”  You can just do one long alphabetic list but with so many names, it turns into a wall of text. Even breaking it into 3 “sections” will help.
