I think you are leaning towards a formal, elegant overall feeling. I would say modern elegance with old world influence. You like things that are ornate and gilded. Silks & satins.

Your color palette seems to be pale colors. Soft ivory, blues, greens and golds.

Show your vendors these pics. It will help.

Strictly speaking, I don’t really see a Victorian influence because that’s more flowers and lace. Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette is probably closer in terms of decor and colors but not for fashion.
