My SO’s favorite lunch is pulled pork (could do chicken) sandwiches! I make the meat at the beginning of the week and package it in individual servings, toss a bun in a bag and he heats it up at work.

We also do salads, cold pasta, sub sandwiches (i switch up the types of meat i use so its not the same thing all the time), i also give him all the leftovers fromt he night before lol

This has nothing to do with food but you should totally put a sexy note on a napkin or a naughty picture in there.  That will make for a fun brown bag lunch!

Left overs… I know its typical but its always my favorite. Last winter I made 300 meals before ski season hit and thats what he had for breakfast lunch and dinner (works 85 hours a week). One of our favorites was Quiche.

SO makes my lunch if there is a lunch made.  We actually meet for lunch everyday.

But, when we first got together and he made my lunch.  Usually he made hummus pitas, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fruit salads, left overs, burritos, sushi..

Im getting hungry.

I make this pasta as a side to go with dinners, but its SOOO yummy leftover for lunch the next day too  – if he likes spicy food:

– boil half a box of shell pasta (i use the small ones but it doesnt matter)

– sautee 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 or 2 (depending on size) chopped fresh jalepenos (I use one mild red chili pepper and one green jalepeno to make it pretty) in 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– pour the oil with the garlic and peppers over the pasta, then stir in a cup or so of grated Guyere cheese and sprinkle with a bit more olive oil as you toss the pasta.

– once all the cheese is melted in with the pasta, sprinkle some grated parm, a teense of salt, and ground pepper on top.

The leftovers taste DELISH eaten cold the next day.

I make my hubby what I call “Cheater Calzones”. It’s pretty much his favorite pizza toppings stuffed into pita shells.

Other fun ones:

Meatball sub (using leftovers from dinner)

Riblet Sandwitch

Turkey havarti wrap with coleslaw & craisins (really good)

Nachos and salsa

I sometimes pack Fiance lunch…I usually just give him dinner leftovers or a cold cut sandwich with yogurt, granola bar and maybe a piece of fruit. That’s it and he’s happy with it!
