The best thing you can do for your arms is push ups, your arms won’t get smaller but they will get toned. The only way to get smaller is weight loss and you can’t target an area for weight loss. Try doing some yoga or Pilates they are good workouts to build lean muscle.

@LittleAnn:  Youtube bodypump 87 biceps and triceps. You can easily do it at home with dumbbells and it works great!

@LittleAnn:  I’m sure they aren’t chubby, we are our harshest critics.  Tone them up a bit and I am sure you will look great!  Im a yoga instructor in the side and I have seen yoga do amazing things to womens bodies

If your arms are flabby yet you’re underweight, you probably do need to make them “bigger” to make them look smaller.

Doing push-ups (or taking up a full body heavy strength programme including bench press, overhead press, rows, power-cleans and/or pull-ups) will help to build some muscle under the skin and make them look slimmer and more toned (even if they feel slightly larger to you).

You have to eat enough, though. 🙂 Lift heavy, eat big, look like a f*cking goddess!

@LittleAnn:  The greatest wisdom is in knowing when you do not know.

Look up “Starting Strength” and “StrongLifts”. They’re both excellent programmes for lifting and fairly similar in structure.

Doing 3-5 sets of 5 reps of barbell exercises three times a week is enough to make a huge difference to your body. You only need to do a 10-20 minute cardio warm-up and stretch afterwards and you’re golden!

But you don’t need to go Paleo (I’m not) unless you want to.
