@Anna10-05-2014:  +1 on the wedding planner.

We are having a DW and when I first started thinking of doing it all myself it became very overwhleming but hiring our wedding planners was a fantastic move that eased a lot of stress and tension.

@Blubandit85:  One thing to keep in mind is that, if you’re the only one planning, no one knows the grand plan except for you.  As long as you’ve got the venue, catering, and a general timeline down, all the rest is just a bunch of small details.

In the scheme of things, people will just remember if the food was good, the reception was fun, and how fantastic you looked.  Take a break.  You’ve got 5 months.  That’s plenty of time to work out the small stuff.
