Fiance designed our whole wedding identity.
He was printing out our STD cards to go with our coasters. We look at them and he was like ooooh (foul word rhymes with sit)
I was like, what did you print them upside down?! (we had flipped it over and printed our monogram on the other side).
And he said no, Virginia is spelled wrong. It’s spelt Viginia.. I’m glad we didn’t mail those…..
Help me feel better, did you make any mistakes?

Well, we printed our envelopes. I left off the last digit of my parents’ zip code in the return address on the template we cut and pasted every name onto! I didnt catch it until we were almost done. Because we were sending out invitations 1 month before the wedding (my dad’s fault, but I don’t have time to explain), I had to write in a little “7”on 120 out of 150.

@themusicjunkies: Oh no! I would cry if that happened. I’ve almost gone into a fit over this… Mostly because he WONT FIX IT….

@gogogiraffes: HAHA! Looks a little like another word…
Glad you caught it!

@gogogiraffes: Wait, he won’t fix it?
I almost spelled his middle name wrong on the invites. It was a typo but I was like OMG your MN is not Exekiel. hahaha. X and Z are so close together…. and I hardly ever use either letter. I caught it before we went to print but I still was like “That would’ve been awesome.”

I just went over our proofs to check for changes. Nothing in the relm of ‘Viginia’ *snicker, I totally thought dirty as well!* but just a few punctuation and capitalization issues. After this thread, though, I’ll be doubly sure to check over the updated proof before I give the go ahead to print!

Thankfully we didn’t make any mistakes on our actual invitations, but I ordered 10 invitations as samples from Vistaprint, and spelled “fifth” wrong. Whoops!
