I’m having my reception there next year. I found the rental prices to be very resonable. The information on the website is all update and correct. Pretty much everything is included in the price. The only thing that isn’t is if you want to use the piano, then they charge $125 for the piano to be tuned. The caterer is what you want it to be. We went with ultimate caterer. We haven’t decided on a menu yet, but we were provided with options between $65-$110.

hi!

i am getting married there in april 2010.

the rates are on the website.  you definitely need to know that caterer can get all the rentals including the plates, silverwear and linens – this can be pricey.  it definitely will bring you around $100+/head if you count in food, service and rentals.  which is a good price.

you need to look at the chairs they have, too.  they are burgundy and sort of brassy.  i think that they definitely need covers or just get different chairs.

otherwise, check with their recommended caterers.  the main kitchen is on the top floor so you might want someone who’s been there before.  otherwise it could be an issue.

the one issue i think we might have is parking.  there’s on street parking and parking at the hs across the street.

they also do charge you to get the piano tuned, however, if someone gets married just before you, you may not have to pay the fee.

I know this thread is really old, but hoping someone here can still help.  🙂

I found the perfect caterer today, and would like to use him at the Women’s Club Of Glen Ridge, but he’s telling me in order to give me a full service off premise catering package, that he would need access to the Woman’s Club kitchen, which would be where 75% of the catering would need to be finalized once at the site.  He also mentioned for the number of people I have attending, that their kitchen would need to have at a minimum 4 stones/ovens and a broiler — I haven’t yet toured the site, so I don’t know if their kitchen has this type of access, can anyone else let me know?

I’ve been trying to unsuccessfully reach them for several days now.  Thank you!
