My husband and I have been looking for nursery furniture for our son. We are sure we have found his dresser and crib, but now we are seeking out a glider. Are there any recommendations from any fellow bees? Thanks!

@Marriedandlovingit: i had great luck with the greco glider. i dont know if they still make it ( we got it second hand) but it was really durable and easy to clean

I had an upholstered chair in this style so it could transition for use in the childrens' rooms or elsewhere in the house.

We got a Storytime series glider, they come different designs, really comfy. We picked out a color that we can later transition into our living room, they are on the pricey side, but very well worth it.

If you're worried about price, look on craigslist!  We got a really nice storytime one for $250!  We love it.

I'm looking at the BestChair gliders - my friends have them in different models - you can pick your own fabric, too.  They are super comfy and attractive.

Craigslist is always a good place to look.

Thank you all for your input! I can't find anything great on Craigslist right now, but I am looking everyday until now and May so I have a while. I will look at the BestChair and Storytime gliders too. Appreciate the help!

We got the Best glider and ottoman on Craigslist for $75. I'm making new cushions, but it's still a better deal than buying new for $500+!

This is one I'm considering, read favorable reviews. $99!
