Neither of these are my style, but out of the two of them, I think the second pair is the best, unless the first pair would be worn to a club.
Hahahah Not these specific shoes...But I was just wondering "in general".. What do you like best? Those 2 shoes are there as examples of glitter or crystals.
I prefer the look of the crystals. The glitter gives me more of a "clubbing" vibe.
Also I like when the crystals are more randomly placed and varying sizes instead of linear and all one size like the ones on the shoe in your pic.
I really don't care for either pair, but if I had to choose, pair 2.
I'm glad you clarified that these aren't the actual shoes :) The first pair are a bit "stripper-chic" for my taste. I voted glitter anyways though, even though I prefer a more simple fabric with maybe a bit less bling.
Oh hahaha yea!! I cant wear either shoe. I WISH! I personally LOVE glitter over Crystals although Im not really sure why. 
I was watching Youtube and there was a few girls DIYing glitter shoes, and it only cost a few $$$$ and only took an hour or so..... Unlike the crystals.
i prefer crystals but i despise glitter! the thought of it makes me cringe...GROSS! lol
I think glitter looks cheap. Glitter + platform = stripper shoe
I like the crystals, but think the ones that are all the same size like in the picture look cheap (and the lines of the shoe are a little thick/not streamlined which doesn't help).
If you're going to do either, it really needs to be a sophisticated base shoe to pull off that much sparkle.
I wish my FI was taller than me. Then I could have a fabulous pair of high heels. But its flats for me!!
what about steve madden they have a heap of glitter shoes at the moment, i love the caryssag but not sure if they're too high, will wait to see them in a store

Crystals :o). And they don't have to be terribly expensive. I saved the swarovski's for my topper and used the regular Michael's 190 or so for $2 for my shoes....
I really love glitter on flats, but on heels, I think crystals look fabulous.
I think you have a good idea. I prefer crystals, but they do take much longer and you should really do what looks best in the gran scheme of things :)
personally i love the look of the glitter peep toe heel instead of the strapy heel. either way do what makes yoy happy!!
I like glitter for going out/ clubbing. But for a wedding I prefer crystal. Here are a couple of pairs that I think are pretty. Both by Benjamin Adams:

I love glitter shoes, they are NOT tacky or "stripper"-esque! They definitely can be that way if they are not done tastefully. I like the fine grained glitter on the Steve Madden pumps a PP posted. So cute!
The problem with glitter shoes is that if you have tule or chiffon on the bottom of your dress, it can get caught on the rough surface of the glitter. Crystals don't have this problem as they are smoother.
I love both though I like crystals better. They just have extra class I think.
@Zaria: I have those in red and I wore them for NYE. I'm dying for a pair in pink to wear to my pink wedding :) I think my mom would die.
