If you get a better feeling of trustworthiness from the distributor who will sell you 400 for $500 I would do that. Then u can try to sell the extras after. Dealing with 1,000 from alibi baba sounds annoying. They are so cool!

If you must have glow in the dark, why not just activate and drop a glowstick in each cone before spinning the sugar?(much less expensive)

i think they’re awesome for a wedding, how fun! and i would go with the 400 for 500. you never know what you’re getting from a wesbite like amazon\alibaba because anyone could sell anything. you’re paying essentially the same amount for something more guaranteed.
