I'm using tape actually - I originally purchased xyron dispenser which worked fantastically but give my nearly 100 invites would have cost me a small fortune in refils! (Even with Michaels coupons). I ended up ordering this tape dispenser: Scotch ATG714 Adhesive Applicator for 1/4-Inch Tape from amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000XAHHXU/ref=oss_product and this tape: http://www.amazon.com/JVCC-ATG-7502-Tape-Acid-Neutral/dp/B000QC8I7E/ref=pd_sim_k_2

I'm about half-way through mounting and it seems to be working well.

I used spray mount, which seemed to work very well, but needed to be done outside!

I used a a rolling adhesive, MUCH better then glue IMO, because you can go all the way to the edges & it sticks so well.

I got this one from Michaels.

To glue my invite into my pocket fold, I used rubber cement.  It's acid free, and any that "squishes" out, can be rubbed off w/o issue.  It was cheap, and easy!

I'd experiment with different types of glue methods as it depends on the quality and texture of the paper that you're using but double sided tape is a pretty surefire winner. Our invites are held together with double sided stick tape and glue dots :D
