IMO, double sided tape will be a little stronger in holding the photos down. I've used several varieties of the glue dots/dashes, etc and I find that they aren't as sturdy.
Maybe you could make a photos of yourself, or someone taping and inserting the photos, and put those photos in frames?
Could you also maybe (this might be more $$) use the photo corners to hold them down? Those seem self-explanatory.
I bought the Elmer's glue dots from Michael's & they work wonders! I used them for my STD's for attaching the magnet to the back, and I've had no problem at all with them holding up.

Hi Bees!
I am creating a polaroid guestbook with blank pages and I want the guests to stick the pictures in and write us a message. Do any you have any advice on how to instruct the guests to do this? My idea was to have a framed sign that says something like 'snap a picture, glue it in, write a message" and provide some sort of adhesive. I am in-between glue-dots and double-sided tape. My only concern with glue dots is that the guests are not going to know what those are. I provided two links to what I am deciding between. Also, any advice on which one sticks the pictures on pages better? I am open to other suggestions as well! Thanks so much!!!
