MsGinkgo :   My FIL is gluten free, here are recipes I’ve made, he loved both!

I just made this for my birthday. Use gluten free graham crackers and double check the cream cheese and you should be good to go!

I was going to suggest the PB cookies PP just put up. BIL was blessed to have both celiac and true allergy to wheat in a family full of flour lovers and we arent fans of many of the gluten replacments. In general we have found making things that are naturally gluten free are better than using substitutes. The peanut butter cookies are as good as the flour kind!

I have celiac disease and have been cooking gluten free for 25 years. One of my favorite websites is Elana’s Pantry. She has some great recipes https://elanaspantry.com

MsGinkgo :  I make a chocolate snowballs (google it the recipes are pretty much the same and pretty simple). I use normal biscuits but then make a batch for me and just use GF biscuits.
