It doesn't much matter if you choose capsules over drops. The drops can sometimes taste bad so if you are sensitive to taste then get the capsules.

My lactation consultant recommended that I get some goat's rue to take to help my milk come in more than it is. I am going to purchase it online and see that it comes in capsules and drops. I am wondering which one would be better to take. The L.C. didn't recommend one or the other. Anyone else use it? Did it work for you?
