I let mine dry for about 24 hours before touching them.  They seemed pretty dry at that point so I stacked them all up, however I have noticed a tiny amount of ink sticking to the backside of a couple invites.  From what I have read, drying time varies depending on your climate, as well as the color of the ink- white stays a little tacky for some reason. (Hence, my sticking issue)

Mine dried in less than an hour - but I'm impatient

I personally think it depends on the amount of ink you used.  I did mine today and it should dry within an hour. Take a look at mine that i did today

I agree with sandpapertongue you have to split up into multiple screen.  I did an invitation like this below was split up into two screens. One for the image and one for the texts part and was on 7 x 5 A7 Flat card:     Good Luck !  I hope I helped in some ways

Lette - here are some tips:

• Plan everything out before burn your stuff on the master screen.
• Make sure you enough gocco supplies and inks
• Align everything where you want your images and texts to be. 
• Make sure you get a good copy of the stuff your are going to print on from a laser print that has good amount of carbon ink.
• Make some sample prints to see if the ink amount is enough. 
• And have fun =)
