When you burn your screen, what order are you putting the filter and screen? The blue filter should be between the glass and the screen. Also, how big is your font? Gocco doesn't work well with small/delicate fonts. Hope this helps!
I think my font was actually too thick. I tried a thinner font and success! Thanks!

When I go to pull my original away from my master after flashing, it pulls parts of the screen away ruining the image. For example my "o"'s have no center, they just look like a big circle because that piece of screen is pulled away. I'm using a PG-10 with the blue filter and carbon copies. I set the copier on the darkest setting so there should be plenty of carbon. Has anyone else experienced this? The font I was using is Copperplate, which is not scripty at all. HELP!
