@rmw: LOL about *forgetting* the ring pic . . . I am just still in a fog (a happy fog!), and was so excited to share my news with people that I knew would be happy for me. :)
And nope, we haven't picked a date yet, although Mr. Fish has already expressed his opinion that he does not want a long engagement (he defined a year as being *too long*).

Hello Lovelies!
I'm back from my trip and . . .
Mr. Fish proposed! He asked me to marry him during a moonlit walk along the beach after dinner . . . I was speechless but did manage to get a yes! out. :)
It was perfect, and I am so, so happy. I am still just trying to let it all sink in. He is excited, too . . . he wanted to start picking out music, and we sketched out our pre-liminary guest list on the plane home (at his request).
Before I forget, here is the ring . . .
