@Ddejes: I could help you DIY them digitally and you could have them printed out for hardly anything. Just email me!!I love invitation projects!

I just googled “eggplant invitation” and saw a cute one that was pretty easy to replicate 🙂

You could pretty much do any, though

i guess the idea is that if your interested in DIY, then you can just digitally create your own and print them..

My invites ended up having those colors in them…though I can’t gaurantee they are very formal…I DIY’d and spend $1.44/invite pre post

My wedding colors are eggplant, silver, and apple green. I ordered my invites off of Etsy- I got 100 invites and reply cards for $300 at this Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/arippke

Ours were not the raised letter press invitations, they are flat on card stock- but we got nothing but RAVE reviews about them. Also you can order samples from this Etsy seller so you can see them before placing your final order. Below are pics. (Our wedding is also a peacock-themed wedding, so I just added the peacock feather and ribbon myself). Please disregard the poor quality photos, I just wanted to give you an idea of what they look like. This is my invitation and reply card BEFORE I added the satin ribbon and peacock feather embellishment, and then below is AFTER…. (sorry about the size of pics, I couldn’t resize them)…hope this helps!
