Take phone records and anything documentable to show that she has no interest in the children. As well as a few witnesses if applicable. It sounds like he's a great dad, I'm sure he'll have no problem getting custody.

@Megan316: The crappy divorce decree is the reason they have to go to court again. She was supposed to be doing things, but hasn't. Do you really need a judge to tell you to call your kids??!!?! DUMB!
He saw the lawyer today and may have to testify, but not sure witnesses are allowed.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
So after being a single dad for the past 3 years, my FH will is going back to court for sole custody of his 2 boys. Their divorce decree was poorly written, she barely gets the boys, rarely talks to them and does not contribute emotionally OR financially.
Any advice on custody matters, words of wisdom during this time?
