Hey good luck, chick! I’ve been eating cake for about 3 weeks now, couldn’t get a hold of myself at all! Had my assessment at the gym today, tho, so it’s gonna be a sweaty red faced me all summer! Heehee!

I keep hearing loads about this 30 day shred, is it really that good?

Be careful – I did it twice and threw my back out so badly that I still can barely walk.

Yeah unless you are really athletic to begin with, it will be hard. Start out slow with lighter weights and work your way up! I have most of Jillian’s dvds and use different ones throughout the week so I don’t get bored.

Yeah, it’ll be rough…I did it and didn’t notice much difference other than how miserably sore I was for a month.  I hope you like it!

Just try to take it nice and slow and get through the hole video.  You want to at least expose yourself to all of the positions.  Plus the third circuit was the easiest I always thought.

Good luck.  If you only last 10 minutes don’t give up.  Make it 15 the next.  You can do it!

It all depends. The first time I did the first level and half the second because it wasn’t a good enough work out 😉

But… Yes, cake! That sounds yummY

i can make it through the 20 minute video but it’s hard.  i definitely do the “easy” variations of the moves near the end when i’m getting really tired.  did it consistently for 2 weeks, but this past week i really failed because I’ve just been eating pizza and not doing the video.  luckily i don’t actually need to lose weight i just want to get in shape.

haha!  Congrats on starting!  I have been doing the shred as a “follow up” every day to my runs. After discovering it helped me lose an inch off my hips, I celebrated by eating ben and jerry’s…then other junk food in the following days.  whoops!!

good luck!
