Bees! I'm feeling so un-inspired! What recipes do I just HAVE to try?? What's on your regular dinner rotation?   Help me write my grocery list!

White chili. Sautee cubed chicken with diced garlic and onions. Deglaze with chicken stock. Add a little heavy cream, can of white northern beans and green chiles. Thrown in some oregano, cumin and powdered red pepper for heat. Simmer, add cornstarch to desired thickness.

I've tried all of these recently, maybe one of them will inspire you?

http://foodforpandas.blogspot.com/2011/01/broccoli-cheese-pot-pie.html  (I also shredded a chicken breast into this, and made them in french onion soup bowls instead of ramekins; it made 4 delicious servings)

http://www.jasonandshawnda.com/foodiebride/archives/709 ( I made these, but with grape jam, and served them with balsamic vinagerette past)

http://annies-eats.net/2009/08/27/stuffed-mushrooms/  (Also delicious, either as an appetizer, or made in larger mushrooms as part of an entree, maybe with a green salad?)

http://gimmesomeoven.com/watermelon-fire-and-ice-salsa/ (Suprisingly delicious, especially with sea salted pita chips)

http://gimmesomeoven.com/pepperoni-pizza-puffs/ (So insanely easy, and you can make whatever "flavour" of pizza you like! I made veggie ones the other night. I'm lazy too, so I just mix the tomato sauce right in, and they are so good).

Oh, this is another awesome one. I could eat this stuff with a spoon! But it's also really good with warm, soft bread sticks. Delicious!
