White chili. Sautee cubed chicken with diced garlic and onions. Deglaze with chicken stock. Add a little heavy cream, can of white northern beans and green chiles. Thrown in some oregano, cumin and powdered red pepper for heat. Simmer, add cornstarch to desired thickness.

I’ve tried all of these recently, maybe one of them will inspire you?

http://gimmesomeoven.com/pepperoni-pizza-puffs/ (So insanely easy, and you can make whatever “flavour” of pizza you like! I made veggie ones the other night. I’m lazy too, so I just mix the tomato sauce right in, and they are so good).
