my reception will be at the courtyard of a hotel, so my original thought was to rent walnut (very dark brown) chiavari chairs. however, i went to check out the chairs in person yesterday, and thought that gold chairs look nice too.
my theme is somewhat a rustic vintage theme.
centerpieces (flowers) will have the following colors: soft pink, ivory, salmon pink, and natural green leaves.
i plan to add a flair of teal/green blue on to each table.
table linens and napkins will both be ivory as supplied by the venue.
my concern is that the walnut color will be too dark since i won't be using any dark colors, but i'm afraid that gold chiavari chairs will look too "luxury" for a courtyard rustic vintage theme.
which color do you think i should rent?
