Well, there's the Gocco route, but if that's not a feasible option, then you can go to any offset printer and request metallic ink. Sometimes depending on the type and color of paper, metallic ink is hard to use, but the printer should know best what he/she is able to do for you. Hopefully it's not too pricey since you won't actually need that much printing done if you put all the cards on larger sheets of paper and have them cut them down afterwards!
