It is perfectly acceptable and expected for jewelry to not match exactly these days. I think as long as they aren't right next to each other, you will be fine.

Hi everyone, I was just thinking about my wedding dress and the jewelry i would wear. Since my dress has silver crystals I wanted to wear silver jewelry to match BUT my wedding ring is yellow gold. Will this look bad?
