Now that I’m in my late 20’s, I’m definitely noticing dryness around my eyes. Your skin can’t be tight and young forever. *sigh* 🙂 Even though I try to use my face moisterizer and blot it around my eyes, it doesn’t seem to be enough. My skin is pretty sensitive. I have dermititis/ecezema which seems to exacerbated when I travel to place w/a lot of pollution or poor water quality (e.g. Guatemala, LA) or use a new face product that has citrus fruits in it. I only break out like this maybe once a year… once every other year.
Can any of you bees recommend a good eye cream? Preferably something that I can pick up at Target or maybe even something at Sephora that isn’t unreasonably expensive. Many thanks ladies!

I use Clinique Stop Signs Eye during the day and Clinique All About Eyes Rich at night.

A good priced eye cream is Olay Age Defying eye cream is awesome and it’s like $12 at walmart. Olay makes some amazing eye creams with some good ingredients like retinol and aha’s, and their new Regenerist line has amino peptides which are necessary at my age of 40!

@Ladyjenn – you’re 40??? Wow – I am definitely getting the stuff you use!

I use a couple from the Body Shop and one called Pur that you can get at Shoppers. My eyes are SOOOO dry in the winter though and if I put these on day and night they make them okay.

I can’t remember what genius bee told me this (and I’m sorry for not giving specific props!) but she said vaseline under the eyes! I have been using it and it doesn’t make me breakout, makes my eyes super smooth, helps with dry skin and I think my eyes have looked refreshed and younger. It’s a cheap thing if you want to try it before you buy something more pricey!

Vasaline does not work for me. Nivea Lip Care chap skick tubes seem to work okay though for night hehe.

BrideMegan thank you….I think when you are young, as long as you use an eye cream in general, you will be good to go! I’ve been using moisturizers since I was 16!

I use Dr. Hauschka’s eye cream/treatment. It is expensive, but you only need to use a little. I use an amount about the same size as a piece of rice, which is enough for both eyes, both morning and night. The tube lasts me several months.
You can order Dr. Hauschka products online, at some salons (their website has a list of salons), and at some Whole Foods.

I use the aveeno products. I’m 24, but I want to make sure my skin is taken care of! Its not working as well since I moved to LA (more days than not it is too dry under the eyes) but it was perfect when I lived in Dallas.
