I was not a huge fan of Root Stock and Quade, they’re quite popular with a lot of the fancier blogs, and their prices reflected it!  I used Atlas Floral Decorators, and they were amazing and very reasonable considering the types of flowers I used.  In general, if you want something more trendy I found it best to work with Manhattan florists.  The competition drives down the prices in the city whereas it seemed in Brooklyn the “trendy” shops charged insane prices for what you got.

We used Flowers By Daye and I would recommend her.  She really listened to our (ok my) preferences and is willing to work within your budget 🙂

I’m also not a huge fan of Root, Stock, and Quade. They gave me an estimate that was double of the range I had told them I was keeping to, and when I asked about changing flowers or some other way to bring down the estimate, they basically told me to look elsewhere.

I ended up with Designs by Rose, and everyone who has used them including myself LOVE them! They’re further out in Rockaway but they travel to Brooklyn. They’re very reasonably priced and do amazing work.
